                       Implications        Who are the various stakeholders in and surrounding the outsourcing industry, whose opinions influence perceptions of legitimate professionalism?

                                                     How are those industry stakeholders capable of offering  and withholding their approbation of legitimacy?

                                                     What bodies of information would encourage industry stakeholders to compare outsourcing favourably with other professions and classify outsourcing as a legitimate peer amongst such professions?

                                                     How would the industry communicate the kind of information that encourages those stakeholders to make such favourable comparisons?

                                                     Does the outsourcing profession make as significant a contribution to the world  as other legitimate professions?
